Skill Dialogue 2025, under the theme “Partnership for Impact at Scale,” aims to tackle the pressing challenges of skills gaps, scaling impact, and evolving industry needs head-on. This dialogue seeks to explore and deliberate on fostering three critical levels of partnership in the skilling space to drive scalable solutions: Partnerships for Implementation, Partnerships for Technical Support, and Partnerships for Resources. By bringing together diverse stakeholders, the event aspires to forge impactful collaborations that can effectively address and overcome the hurdles in the skilling landscape.

This annual event celebrates success stories and collaborative plans that drive job opportunities in the organized sector. By fostering partnerships between academia, industry, and communities, SkillPlus creates a robust ecosystem through panel discussions, speaker sessions, and recruiter insights. With over 2000 students engaged in 2023-24 and 100+ securing pre-placement offers, the conclave showcases the impact of joint efforts. SkillPlus empowers rural youth, ensuring India’s economic growth reaches all communities.
